Senior Business Analyst – Humanitarian Aid

Join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team of this prestigious humanitarian aid network on a two year contract! Covering fundraising, you’ll work on core, strategic projects delivering value to the organisation that ultimately maximise engagement with, and support from, donors, volunteers, customers and advocates. Thus you’ll be documenting the business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, particularly regarding the data warehouse, and interrogating data to guide and inform business decisions, with the skill to drive an insight, data led approach to key decision making. In addition you’ll maintain awareness of the strategic CRM transformation programme and its activities, and work on key areas of the programme as and when required. Strong project management/business analysis skills are required for this role alongside superlative communication skills; proficiency to advanced levels in Excel plus use of Tableau and Power BI are also ideal.
