Specialists in all things brand, they are focused on brand and comms tracking, brand positioning, branded customer experience, employer brand values and semiotics and cultural change.
The role
This Quantitative Account Director role will see you working on a mix of brand and communication tracking studies as well as segmentation and more straightforward ad-hoc studies. You will manage client relationships, acting as the principal point of contact on existing relationships but also contributing to new business generation. Managing quantitative projects from start to finish, you will be responsible for leading the proposal development and pitch processes, writing clear and persuasive proposals and overseeing project design and management. Your comprehensive quantitative skills will allow you to undertake complex predictive analysis and deliver inspiring and actionable results for your clients. Immersed in a fun -loving team culture, you will play an active part in training and developing the more junior team members, creating opportunities to maximize their skills.
About you
- A can-do insight specialist with 6-8yrs quantitative experience
- Previous experience at a boutique market research agency in Australia
- Confident in all stages of the quantitative research process from client brief, initial pitches/proposals through to owning the strategic implications/presenting the overall results
- Passionate about brands and marketing
- The ability to own client relationships
- A social media enthusiast
- Loves to work in a dynamic, social environment!
This would also be an ideal opportunity for someone at the top end of the Account Manager level who is looking for the next step up. Whilst this is predominately a quantitative role, the ideal candidate will have both quantitative and qualitative research skills.
