Do you have an interest in entertainment, from traditional TV and Film through to advanced social media analysis?

We're working with a global comms media agency. They're really well known for revolutionising the digital publicity space, they focus mainly on entertainment, lifestyle and have now invested heavily in their research and insights team to generate strategy into the Drink & Travel space. They're looking for a Research & Insights Manager to work on audience segmentation and wider strategy moving into these sectors.

They're looking for someone with 3+ years of agency experience to manage their quantitative research design behind one of their biggest clients. Their briefs are really exciting, lots of brand architecture work developed from underlying consumer behaviour.

They are multi-award winning, working alongside high-profile brands to reshape their future communications. Their work is digital-led and they work with the likes of Amazon, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Disney and Red Bull to develop their audience communications. There's around 30 people in the London office, a mix of creative strategists, PR and social analysts. They have offices in LA, Sydney and across Europe too, so lots of international work too.

The research team are the foundation for all of the marketing strategies. For instance, they worked on Edgar Wright's Baby Driver to create the global marketing campaign, from researching character insights through to genres and key themes. They drive engagement across new technologies with multi-billion corporations through to niche independent businesses. Working with bloggers and influencers to put an innovative 'lickable gelato flower' business on the map as a premium retailer in London - there's a huge range of ad-hoc projects that are developed through researching social trends and human-centred design.

The role will be providing data-driven strategy and developing deep insights from a range of research, both traditional quant and more advanced social listening and analytical techniques. The company themselves are moving in a data-driven and analytical direction, so there's lots of personal investment in that area.

In more detail, the role will involve:

* Delivering high-quality, high-accuracy research & insight deliverables.

* Providing actionable, audience insight via audience segmentation and 3rd party research

* Conducting in-depth analysis of digital data points including social listening, social platforms, digital paid media, site analytics and search data

* Liaising with clients on deliverables and answering feedback

* Continuously improve standardized deliverables by surfacing questions relevant to client objectives and incorporating knowledge of industry trends and news.

* Helping to grow our client base by contributing to client pitches

* Participate in internal initiatives to develop thought leadership and best practices related to analysis
