Junior Data Scientist – Consumer Insight Consultancy

Join this award winning consumer insight consultancy in a key developmental data science role! Supporting the market research teams on a mix of ad hoc and continuous projects, you’ll input through deeper insightful analysis of data to build on interpretation and explanation of results. This will include regular application of Key Driver Analysis (using regression and correlation), segmentation, decision trees and conjoint analysis; you’ll also play a significant role in developing the firm’s data visualisation capabilities too. An ideal fit would be a highly numerate individual with a keen interest in (plus some experience of) data analytics (data visualisation skills e.g. Tableau would also be an advantageous). Strong Excel is a must and knowledge of SPSS is also highly beneficial alongside use of other statistical packages such as minitab, SAS or R. Furthermore, you’ll be a strong communicator with the confidence to relate to team members and clients alike.
