We're looking for a Senior Quantitative Research Associate to join a leading international charity based in Oxford.

The client:

This organisation have an enviable international reputation and are at the forefront of research that shapes governmental and organisational healthcare policies here in the UK. Spanning both the NHS and private sector services, they're responsible for delivering nationwide & local surveys into looking into the state of patient healthcare. Their mission is simple: to make person-centred health and social care a reality for everyone, and they are committed to making a difference. They conduct original research to investigate issues related to people's experiences of care, along with organisations' efforts to improve services, and the surveys they conduct are amongst the largest of their kind in the world.

The role:

You'll be a lead on specific large-scale survey research projects end-to-end, from contributing to the design and testing of survey methods and questions, to project management of the survey process, as well as cleaning and analysing the data. The role will also involve disseminating the results to various audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and members of the public, and the supervision of one or more Research Associates.

Skills:

2-4 years of experience

SPSS competency

Experience running quantitative projects end-to-end

Excellent written and communication skills

Passion for the sector
