They are international leaders in Voice of the Customer and they have a unique platform that allows clients to see their customer’s insights in real time, allowing them to make informed decisions that improve business success.
The role: Consultant / Senior Account Manager
Due to growing success and the winning of accounts they are looking to hire a Consultant / Senior Account Manager to join their team. Key projects will involve satisfaction tracking, social media measuring, voice of the customer tracking (both tracking & ad-hoc).
You will enjoy consulting with clients, and will be involved in all elements from:
- Proposal writing and pitching
- Client account management – Training on the software
- Questionnaire design
- Analysis and insight generation
- Final presentation
Ideally, you will have 4+ years’ experience in the research/ technology industry coupled with strong; questionnaire design, account management, insight generation and presenting skills.
