The role: Account Manager – Blend qual and quant thinking
This is an opportunity for Senior Research Executive to step into a key role in charge of designing, implementing and delivering research studies. An awesome opportunity to have exposure to all elements of the research process. It is a client facing role where you will partner with clients to understand their business, becoming the key to their success!
Your day-to-day will be a split of online community management, account management, and the end-to-end running of ad-hoc projects. You will design questionaries, write discussion guided, moderate online groups and train and mentor junior staff.
The requirements: Do you tick the boxes?
- 3years+ market research experience
- Quantitative / qualitative expert - online and offline experience
- Evidence of good client servicing
- Advanced Excel Skills, SPSS and ideally Q exposure
- Presentation Skills
- Hunger and passion for research
- Naturally inquisitive
