Job Details

We're working with one of the biggest and most successful drinks brands in the world who are looking for an experienced consumer & shopper insight manager. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of brands influencing and driving insights into the business at the highest level.

The client:

A global drinks giant who have some 200 plus brands operating in 180 countries globally. Their creative and innovative approach to marketing is reflected in the number of awards they have won for brand communication and innovation. They have an industry recognised track record of thought leadership, beyond functional research expertise, strongly influencing, brand building, marketing and strategy.

The role:

The role of the insight team is to led the total business with ideas and insight's that sell more. You'll have to leverage consumer insights to help the business make the correct strategic and evidence based decisions. You'll have to ensure insights are acted on within the business, working wiht multiple stakeholders across the business. You'll work across both the on and off trade.

Responsibilities include:

Define and articulate opportunities for growth.

Synthesize data and understanding from multiple sources, ideally including new digital/social sources.

Fuel the business with consumer/shopper led provocations and understanding to instigate change.

Effectively influence the business and key stakeholders at the highest level.

Profile:

A minimum of 10 years insight experience within an FMCG manufacturer,

Planning experience a big bonus

Gravitas, proven ability to influence at board level.

Confidence to challenge existing thinking.

Global perspective, international experience.

An interest in more progressive consumer insight techniques.

Experience in consumer and shopper insights.
