This market research agency throws out the research rule book. They are an award – winning food and beverage consultancy specialising in product and service design evaluation. They help brands design the products and services that their customers want and need.
Natural growth has created an opportunity for a Qualitative Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team of 10, made up of foodies, explorers and researchers. Everybody here loves what they do. In this role, you will help your clients understand what their potential consumers and shoppers think using methods such as customer journey mapping, product lifecycle mapping and focus groups. Working on exciting ad-hoc projects, you will look for insights to drive brand strategy, innovation and marketing impact. This is a chance to expand your qualitative toolkit using new methods including: immersions, in-shore shopper ethnography, workshopping & video IDIs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like more responsibility in their role. At this level, you will run projects independently and will be confident in all stages of the research process from pitch to presentation.
