The opportunity :

They are currently looking to hire a Managing Director for their ‘soon to be open’ Melbourne office. This expansion is the logical next step for a business that already services top brands and business in the state across FMCG, Drinks, Retail, Banking and Government departments and organisations. Taking charge of this existing revenue stream you remit as MD will be to continue to wow and delight their Melbourne client base while building revenue. You’ll also be expected work closely with the Sydney management team to drive new business opportunities through sales/marketing and proposal writing, leading the team on client pitches. A hands-on role you’ll enjoy ‘doing the do’ and running research across (ideally) both qualitative and quantitative research . Taking the reins of key accounts, you’ll deliver insights that sing to clients. You’ll also enjoy building and leading a team - with an eye for spotting top talent, and a nack for bringing out the best in people.
