Qual SRE/RM Opportunity 🚪 | Big Questions ❓ | Small Team 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 | East LDN ☕ | Competitive 💷

We're working with an independent, East London agency who looking for a qual SRE or RM (Senior Research Executive or Research Manager) with a passion for getting under the skin of why people do what they do 🕵️ and who’s keen to learn 🤓 and develop.

THE COMPANY

As an agency they say they’re fiercely independent, never taking out a loan in their 20 year history and with no plans to join a larger corporate anytime soon. They have a flat structure where everyone- REs to Directors- is hands on 👋 and the owners still head down to the bank 🏦 🏃, take out the recycling ♻️, etc.

They have some very interesting projects. What does heritage mean 🤔? Just one question they’ve been tackling recently a financial clients, with methodologies used including semiotics and co-creation workshops. They’ve also just won a 2 year contract with the BBC to work on developing the iPlayer and to look at how TV and media consumption is changing 📺.

THE ROLE - QUAL SRE or RM

They try to avoid people being siloed, so you’d get the opportunity to work across the breadth of projects, sectors and clients they deal with. You’ll be encouraged to develop in a collaborative environment and will be well rewarded for the work that you do- they just got back from a team wine tasting in Bordeaux 🍷

THE CANDIDATE

They’re looking for someone who can join the team as a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager, someone with qual research experience- ideally in an agency environment- a desire to learn more and develop and to get stuck in 👩‍💻
