They are experts in a wide range of sectors and have always encouraged innovation using different approaches and methodologies. They are especially good at helping clients establish customer journeys and paths to purchase, create more powerful propositions for new products and services and refine their communication strategies.

You will have a solid background and training in qualitative research, including moderation (groups, depths, intercepts and workshops), project management (with dedicated support from their fieldwork manager), designing key documents (e.g. discussion guides) and a developing knowledge across analysis sessions, writing debriefs and presenting. For those on the cusp of SRE/RM looking for more freedom and ownership of clients going forwards, this could be just the opportunity to make this progression quickly within a supportive and growing team of around twelve researchers.
