Key to this is the hiring of senior account professionals with commercial experience of maintaining insights based revenue from continuous sources, ideally with previous experience of working with FMCG/retail based clients. Thus you'll ideally already be working in a senior client insights/commercial role with a panel provider or similar, and be keen to make a next step that isn't just to one of the usual suspects, but instead a firm that's long been attracting major talent from your peer group, is known and increasingly respected internationally for what its already achieved, and is set to grow and grow.
