Creative, positive, proactive Qual SRE, who is keen to try different things

This small, but fast-growing, qual/quant agency makes a point of delivering outputs to clients in an appealing, memorable and engaging way, sometimes synthesising and summarising client's existing strands of research, more usually creating ad hoc mixed-method projects from scratch to address wide-ranging open client questions, such as "how do people eat desserts these days?"

They have devised a few of their own individual techniques (such as big-brother-style diary rooms) but everything is very open and creative, rather than product and process-driven.

Due to growth, they now need a capable and confident SRE, who is looking to grow, learn and try out some different things. They need someone with enough agency-side experience and training to write discussion guides, moderate groups and be involved in presentations (think around three to four years' experience). They have great clients in food, drink, beauty, retail, telecoms.

You'll be developing your analysis and feedback skills with guidance from expert seniors and with their benefit of the in-house designer to create memorable, high-impact presentations, films, posters, (and so on) from your great ideas.

If you fancy trying your hand at quant (or have done some in the past and would like to continue) there will be chances to get involved in this (the less hardcore numerical elements, at least).

And with some international projects and a couple of fledgling new offices in Asia you may also have opportunities for travel, once you've settled in.
