Job Details
We are looking for an Associate Director with an interest in human and consumer behaviour to join one of the World's leading Behavioural Economics Consultancy.
With new innovative thinking, grounded in psychology and anthropology, this agency has quickly become trusted advisors to clients and helped implement new research frameworks for some of the world's largest companies. Their methods are proving to be a huge success with clients really buying into the evidence lead approach from a qualitative angle.
Multi-award winning, they have won prizes as an agency and individually for the papers they have written and their thinking around the subject. They get incredibly interesting briefs from a range of different departments, not simply insight, because of the complex and interesting nature of their research and, because of that, some of the most strategic projects. They deal with some very senior people who really buy into Behavioural Economics. This means that not only are you pitching ideas and discussing with CEO's and CMO's for some of the world's most recognisable businesses but also your work genuinely/really has an impact!
This can be for commercial businesses, charities or a couple of pharmaceutical companies to work out how to change people behaviour in terms of regular medication etc.
The company have grown organically since their inception, winning awards for their working environment, creating an environment where you are trusted to learn and grow as well as service clients. They progress people through the business and move them internationally so plenty of room for internal growth.
They are a truly international business, sharing resources globally, offering training weeks in different offices, with offices in the UK, Australia, China and New York.
The real draw of the role is what you can learn in terms of new techniques and uncovering insights and add to your existing skill-set and diversify your experience, making future opportunities broader too.
A great opportunity to have a consulting role, you'll work on regional and international projects for major blue-chip clients, providing impactful insights and helping change behaviours of customers.

Company
Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants we have immersed ourselves in the sector. We regularly attend courses and conferences and have written a number of reports and articles about insight and data. As a result we have friends plus a large network of contacts, in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.
The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential. Our passion is to be informed and current, so we can partner you every step of the way. Members of APSCO the professional recruitment body (recruitment consultancies need to provide 10 professional references to join), we keep up with the latest technology and legal developments in the industry.
