Our client is a small and young consultancy that is already highly regarded for its cutting-edge research and ability to guide clients on complex consumer marketing issues. With a strong focus on the healthcare and pharmaceutical arena, they approach each issue with fresh eyes to provide a unique solution, designed to give clients and stakeholders a real insight into their markets and customers.

As an Associate Director, you will play a leading role in the team and utilise your strong quantitative and qualitative research skills to deliver top branding, segmentation and innovation work. You will share your knowledge and experience with junior team members, working closely with them and helping them reach their full potential. Implementing a very creative and bespoke approach to each project, you will be a leader and a confident communicator, able to deliver compelling presentations as well as nurture strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

To qualify, you will have extensive (5+ years) experience in the market research industry and strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharma sectors. Outstanding client, project and team management skills will be a must-have, as well as strong business development experience.
