Job Details
This quantitative Associate Director role sits within the communication team, working on a range of high-profile Government and public sector projects that are striving for behaviour change. Their work frequently wins awards and have become the go-to company for campaigns, putting them in the top tier for social research agencies in the UK. Their work ranges across multiple issues from Cancer treatment through to Youth Risk Prevention and working on impactful subjects like these, no two days are the same.
If you're a Research Manager to Associate Director, with communications research experience, who is looking to move to a company who are making waves for their innovative behaviour change approach, do get in touch. The Role:
This is a key role within the team, you will be responsible for managing their flagship clients and helping develop the team's skills. You'll also generate groundbreaking insights, for a company who pride themselves on being the most commercially minded public sector specialists around due to their hiring policy and composition of their teams. With huge room for personal and professional development and in such a collaborative team, this is a really exciting role.
Key Skills:
* Experience in quantitative research methods
* Experience in a research agency (5+ years)
* Passionate about social research
* Some team leadership experience (however small)
