You will be joining their leadership team to head up their CX capabilities. As experts in the retail space, they already leverage their world-class customer feedback technology with their deep understanding of consumers and analytical know-how to reach the sophisticated customer strategy and insights the software alone is unable to deliver. They are now further building their profile in the industry for customer experience and it is in this endeavour you will be keen to support them.

As the go-to person for your CX expertise and technical know-how, you will be working closely with both their internal Insight and Technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure their multi-channel, international programmes achieve seamless set-up, implementation and buy-in. You’ll bring your sound technical understanding and advice to the table as they pursue their new business ambitions across the CX space with both their existing and growing client base. Never to be found resting on their laurels, scoping, planning and enabling their future CX proposition roadmap will also major - giving you the opportunity to showcase your profound understanding and passion for the fundamental changes such programmes can achieve within the retail environment.
