The world’s leading insight exchange technology constancy is hiring in Sydney. Their unique technology platform allows brands to connect and share information with over 50 million people worldwide, to grow their brand presence and make informed business decisions.
A role has become available for an Account Executive to make an important contribution to the success and continued growth of the business in the APAC region in the Sydney team.
- Managing a mixture online market research projects from pre-sale, project delivery and post-delivery
- Onboarding and training new clients
- Building long lasting client relationships, with a focus on account management (e.g. understanding their needs and acting accordingly, keeping them updated on progress, increasing awareness of the full suite of products available to them)
- Troubleshooting projects
- Identify, develop and upsell opportunities (you will have KIPs and commission attached to this)
You will need excellent organisational, time management and communication skills along with previous experience working in a research agency or data collection agency. You should thrive off working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under time pressure and to deadlines.
