This insight consultancy operates at international level and is effectively one of the market-leading authorities in packaging research, focusing on design and visual. Due to recent growth, they are now looking to expand their historically top-notch research offer, starting a quantitative division within the business.

Are you a confident and experienced quantitative researcher looking for an exciting challenge to sink your teeth into? Then this is exactly what you’ve been searching for!

As a Quant Director, you will set up and lead the quantitative division within the business, remaining extremely hands-on and leading a wide range of quantitative studies, both face-to-face and online. You will have a commercially oriented mind and you will be able to put this – along with your top client and communications skills – to use to bring new and exciting projects and clients on board. Utilising your expertise and knowledge of quantitative methodologies, you will lead the team and manage junior team members, making sure that they reach their full potential.

To qualify at this level, you must have 10+ years’ experience in the market research industry as well as extensive experience in quantitative research, particularly within the FMCG sector. You will have a creative flair and strong interest in design, that you will then apply to your work. Excellent client, team and project management skills, as well as strong business development experience will be a necessity.
