Research Manager/Senior Analyst - Business Psychology Group

Given Leadership Analytics is now one of the key driving forces that power strategic decisions and change within organisations, this renowned Business Psychology group has decided to position it at the centre of its consultancy offering - focus on insights/analytics has already grown practice revenue significantly. As a senior member of the team whose remit is to deliver the next phase of growth in this area, you'll be involved in managing a team of regional analysts, developing the practice (insights) offering further, and delivering a portfolio of analytical projects for clients. The team's work will involve conducting qualitative and qualitative research in order to form insights into a client’s culture, leadership strengths and gaps, and will be comprised of analysts (including yourself) who are adept at bringing data to life and telling the story behind the analysis. This is an exciting opportunity at a pivotal stage in this consultancy's development, and a real chance make this your own. What's required is an experienced insights, analytics and/or market research professional skilled in quantitative (strong SPSS is a must have) and some qualitative methods, great presenting/people skills, previous line management experience of some kind, and an entrepreneurial, commercial outlook.
