Job Details

They are an award winning brand strategy & insight consultancy. A really broad and innovative agency who have created some really powerful work, some of which was with Microsoft on their empower creativity campaign. Other clients include Facebook, Instagram, Yahoo! as well as more traditional companies like McDonalds and Sainsbury's.

They have had excellent growth over the recent years, allowing them to continue on this upward trajectory. This growth brings a really exciting new chapter to the consultancy. They have been using external agencies to deliver their advanced analytics offering. Now, they are developing an enhanced capability in house, which will become central to their offering.

This role sits within the biggest team in the business, the Insight team. Alongside this, you will also collaborate with talented data science, analytics and modelling arenas. The focus of the role will be developing their analytics to support and enhance their existing offering by building analytics solutions for their clients to add value and to identify new opportunities through new techniques, technology and platforms.

More specifically, you will deliver and advise on a range of approaches on key market sizing, segmentation, pricing, NPD, brand and innovation projects. This, will be through combining primary and behaviour data together. This role would suit someone with 6+ years' experience across a range of statistical approaches and modelling techniques typically with primary data, CRM, customer data, social media, published and third-party data.

You will have a deep understanding of multivariate techniques and their application in projects including drivers, regression, factor/cluster analysis, conjoint and discriminant models, CHAID, price and market sizing tools.

Aside from the technical abilities, what's really important is what you're looking for in your next step. As a company, they have seen rapid growth and this is hugely down to their company culture. They are a vibrant company and believe in working collaboratively together, thinking about the bigger picture. As associate partner, you will play a hand in new business, acting as a spearhead of marketing sciences to help cross-sell and merge the departments together when delivering pitch-winning proposals. The role will be about taking responsibility for new thinking and high quality deliverables, as well as taking pride in your own work and the company's values.

If you're looking to take that next step and challenge yourself by growing their in-house analytics offering, apply for further steps.

Company

Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.
