Continuous growth within the business has led to the need for an Insight Director to take a senior position within a specialist team delivering high-profile ad-hoc and continuous research for clients across the Retail, Financial Services, Transport and Public sector.

As an Insight Director, you will lead on a range of projects including customer experience (previous experience in this area is desirable) as well as ad-hoc studies, utilising cutting edge, innovative technologies to deliver actionable insights for your client. You should have great exposure to quantitative research (any exposure to qualitative research will be a bonus), customer experience/ satisfaction knowledge, leadership and people management skills and formidable client-facing skills.
