This team of expert researchers and relationship-builders utilises both traditional and more innovative methodologies to guide their clients towards a stronger global presence.

As a Qual Consultant, you will hit the ground running and work closely on very strategic accounts in designing innovative research and co-creation activities. You will have strong experience in moderating and engaging in online communities, working closely with consumers and conducting in-depth analysis of their behaviour to make better recommendations to your clients. You will be a compelling story-teller, able to understand your clients’ challenges and how to better face them.

To qualify, you will be a strong qualitative researcher with experience in working in an agency and/or consultancy environment across a range of methodologies (online communities, in-depth interviews, ethnography, focus groups, workshops etc.). Expertise in innovation/new product development would be ideal.
