Insight Manager, Clientside - Multimedia Publisher | 12 month contract
One of the largest multimedia owners in the UK and Ireland with an award-winning portfolio of digital media brands seeks an Insight Manager for their group Insight function. This role is offered on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
Working in a fast paced, exciting media environment, this is a critical role within an Insight team who deliver high-level, actionable consumer insights to the commercial (ad sales and marketing), product and editorial teams. Developing insights across the business, you will be bringing the audiences of their digital brands to life for their internal stakeholders and external media agencies.
You will commission and manage strategic, operational and tactical qualitative and quantitative research (ad hoc and continuous) and be jointly or solely responsible for these projects from start to finish. They will be looking to you to introduce innovative techniques to further enhance their thought leadership in the understanding of consumers. With plenty of variety, your day could include anything from producing powerful sales arguments based on new and existing research for the ad sales team; running campaign evaluation studies; analysing and interpreting consumer and digital data; overseeing regular reports; and identifying, exploring and presenting new opportunities.
With a clientside, media or research agency background, your experience will include managing large research projects as well as using syndicated research tools and media measurement data, whilst any knowledge of digital analytics systems would also be great, but not essential. Turning numbers into compelling storytelling will be your raison d’etre combined with a genuine passion for media and advertising and how it is evolving in the digital world. A strong, energetic presenter you will enjoy the multiple stakeholder nature of the role, all the while growing your own credentials in this fast moving media environment with a highly supportive team.
