Research Manager – Financial, Retail &Healthcare clients
London – Customer Experience Research – £35,000-£38,000

This agency has a strong focus on customer experience research, especially in Financial Services, but you will also have the opportunity to work across several different sectors such as Travel, Retail and Healthcare. You will be expected to manage client’s relationships and deliver strategic insights right across the business. Additional client development will be a key feature, but not cold sales.

You be will designing, creating and driving successful projects with clients and build successful and profitable relationships with key client stakeholders. For this role you will have experience gained with a research agency or research dept of a client company.
