Research Director - Evaluation

We are looking for evaluation experts who have worked in an agency or commercial setting to join the agency in an evaluation role which is genuinely interesting and impactful.
The team works with governmental/policy organisations on a range of evaluation projects that assess the outcome and impact of social, technological, infrastructural, and financial initiatives.
These initiatives relate to issues that will have a significant impact on society in the future, such as electric vehicles, superfast broadband, and venture capital for high technology businesses.
As Associate Director, you will use input from both researchers and evaluators to deliver wide-ranging qual and quant evaluations of economic policies. Responsibilities include:
* Managing medium and large-scale evaluation projects
* Using research findings to develop evaluation designs
* Concise, accessible reporting on evaluation studies
To be successful in the role, it is essential that your background covers both evaluation and research. You will have extensive experience delivering advisory/evaluation projects in a commercial or agency (not academic) environment, and expertise in both qual and quant approaches to evaluation.
