The Company

I am currently recruiting for a Consumer Insight Executive for an energy client-side organisation just half an hour away from Central London. They are a leading Energy provider with this role focusing on developing new products and services for their customers. This a great opportunity to work in an in-house Insight & Research team, providing strategic insights for key stakeholders such as Marketing and Proposition. With the aim of delivering the best experience to their customers.

The Role- Consumer Insight Executive

This role sits within the Insight team and focuses on being an advocate for insights within the business.

• Create proposals and advise on methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative tools and sources
• Provide strategic recommendations off the back of insights.
• Develop questionnaires and topic guides and attend fieldwork
• Work with various agencies to maximise value from those relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within specific budgets

The Candidate

A suitable candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated ability to deliver quantitative research projects from end-to-end
• Able to provide strategic recommendation from insights.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and assertive with the ambition and energy to drive change
