Brand new role within a renowned global market research agency. As their business grows, they seek an individual to help them drive efficiency and effectiveness in the team. This is a non-researcher role, but requires market research process knowledge.
Working alongside the leadership team and project directors, key accountabilities will include resource allocation and prioritisation; initiating, developing and growing relationships with outsource partners; monitoring team capacity and performance; and team development.
Your hands on project management experience will ideally be from a market research environment, although a background in a similar business efficiency management role would also be valued. Forging relationships with a great variety of people will come naturally to you and whilst you are adept at setting up and advocating processes, the flexibility to embrace continuous improvement will also be important. There is plenty of opportunity to shape the role depending on your strengths and interests.
