Audience Strategist - Charity

Well-loved and highly successful charity and disruptor for social justice and change is looking for a new recruit for a maternity cover in the Insights/Strategy team.

The Strategy team acts as an internal agency, creating insights to inform a variety of internal clients including Impact, Fundraising, Creative and Partnerships. They seek the best talent to ensure that they’re continuously learning, growing and inspiring as a business. You will join during a period of reinvention which means this is an exciting, busy and challenging role.

As an Audience Strategist on a 12 month Maternity Cover, you’ll use your knowledge of target audiences and their attitudes and behaviour to inform effective and creative decision-making on campaigns and products. You will make informed strategic choices, grounded in a clear understanding of the potential impact it could have.

With previous experience in a consumer strategy or research role, you’ll have a demonstrable qual and quant experience gained from an environment which has required insights and strategic input as well as being a practitioner of qual and quant research. This is a highly creative environment and therefore you will also demonstrate creativity and an innovative approach.
