As a Quantitative Account Manager you will work closely with senior colleagues to support the delivery of market research projects related to brand perception, customer satisfaction, new product development, communications testing etc.

You will attend client meetings to understand what they want to learn about their consumer base, will help design research proposals and will the play a pivotal role in project execution; employing a mixed toolbag of online and offline quantitative research tools to unearth insights.

Your role will be to design questionnaires, analyse results on SPSS, write engaging research reports and start playing a role in the delivering of insights back to clients.

Keen to hear more? Firstly, you must make sure you tick the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in full service quantitative research. You must have designed questionnaires and turned research results into something meaningful via statistical analysis – ideally using SPSS or Q
  • Understand the do’s and don’ts of handling client relationships.
  • Have an interest in research – this is an awesome role at a competitive agency – you will need to demonstrate you have an already explored interest in this space
