Insight & Analytics Analyst, Clientside - Global Media & Entertainment Owner

Preeminent global name in the media and entertainment industry, our client seeks an Insight & Analytics Analyst to support the continued growth of their streaming services delivering world-class, personalised entertainment experiences to consumers around the world.

As part of their broad insight team, you will work cross-functionally throughout the business supporting their drive to secure the direct to consumer market, delivering analytical output that enables this strategic priority. Passionate about, and proficient in analytics, you will be highly proactive, hands on, and be happy working on both the detail of execution and the broader challenges of ensuring that analytics creates value within the business.

The analytical areas of focus will be behavioural (in app/web customer usage and viewing), financial (subscription, trading and royalties reporting), marketing campaigns (measurement of effectiveness and ROI for online and offline campaigns) and experimentation (measurement of A/B testing activities on mobile apps and web).

Required experience includes:

• Highly skilled at SQL writing and querying relational databases.
• Proven experience mining and extracting insights from large and disperse datasets and translating them into business recommendations.
• Comfortable communicating data in a crystal clear and crisp way.

Any experience with data modelling and statistical hypothesis testing and/or using digital analytics tools would be an advantage.
