Job Details
You will be working with FTSE 100 companies and you will be working on complex research designed to help diagnose the current cultural and behavioural environment as well as determine ideal future states. You will recommend organisational culture and behaviour change evaluation methodologies for client programmes, and play an active role in the growth and development of the business whether direct to clients or through identified intermediaries such as management consultants.
Research knowledge is key - you must be an experienced research practitioner with exposure to qual and quant research. The ideal candidate must be available to start immediately.
