An online market research agency, based in West London, is recruiting for an exceptional Community Manager who is driven to provide a high quality, solutions-orientated service to their team.

You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing improvement and development of longitudinal studies. This role requires a self-starter to manage and also improve the panel capabilities to ensure smooth running of the projects. You will be working closely with the clients to understand and support their needs. Knowledge of Excel and SPSS is highly desirable.

Your extensive knowledge of the market research industry, client management skills, and superb ability to effectively communicate at all levels will ensure you are quickly become an integral part of the team.
