Research Manager - Up to £40,000 depending on experience - Homeworking

THE COMPANY

Our client is a thriving agency who specialise in conducting research in to education, skills and health. They undertake broad ranging and varied projects for a wide range of clients including public sector, charities and commercial companies.

THE ROLE

As an experienced Senior Research Executive or Research Manager you will join a small hands-on team and be responsible for undertaking all aspects of the research process from writing proposals to setting up, managing and delivering projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Directing research projects, delivering to time and budget

- Moderating focus groups, workshops, depth interviews (face to face and telephone), online groups and observations.

- Collecting, analysing and interpreting both qualitative and/or quantitative data

- Working directly with clients, attending meetings and providing project updates and progress

- Writing reports and preparing presentations for clients

YOU

To be successful in this role as Senior Research Executive or Research Manager you will need the following:

- Experience in managing and delivering research projects for clients from different sectors, including public sector, charities and/or educational sectors.

- Strong qualitative skills as well as ideally some quantitative knowledge

- Excellent communication skills and be able to manage your own workload

- Able to work from home but travel for fieldwork/meetings.
