Job Details
Our client is a world-renowned agency. This role, based in their London or Woking office, brings together industry knowledge and client servicing to make you an indispensable client partner. The role is a 6-month fixed term contract The main purpose of the role is to manage a list of clients from your specialist industry, and day to day responsibilities include:
* Analyse and present market trends and train clients on deliverables
* Ensure data quality and deliverables are timely and fit for purpose
* Ensure client service is delivered to the highest possible standard
* Identify leads within your client base and pass these along to the sales team
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in research, a client-focussed approach, and solid analysis and communication skills.
