Statistical Analyst - Independent Research & Strategy Consultancy

This role within a thriving research and strategy consultancy is the ideal opportunity for someone who already has a strong grounding in advanced analytics and data science and is looking to advance in a truly consultative and high quality environment.

Their team of researchers and consultants is based in London but works internationally and includes experts in qualitative, quantitative and omnibus research, as well as senior strategists from the worlds of business, politics, marketing and communications. Their independence and agility means you will be at the heart of their business, enjoying both a client facing and technical role and you will be directly mentored by two senior experts passionate about ensuring the flow of all their knowledge to the team. You will be constantly discovering emerging methodologies and working across multiple consumer, political and social sectors for clients who are truly adventurous and seek to push boundaries. They will be keen for you to introduce your own innovations and will be full of encouragement for you to discuss and develop these ideas around the team and the business as a whole.

Level of experience is flexible, but as a bottom line you will have a degree level qualification or equivalent and knowledge of survey methodology and processes including sampling techniques. You will bring familiarity with the multitudinous statistical approaches and programmes available, but they also have the support in place to develop those areas you are keen to progress, whether this be on the statistics or software side.

A good communicator, you will be comfortable interacting with different people at all levels of the business and with clients including attending debriefs and providing adhoc analysis to support project proposals and sales pitches.
