Head of Research & Strategy - Insight Agency | 12 month contract | Qual bias | Full or Part-Time

Our client, a thriving specialist research and insights practice, seeks an interim ‘number one’ to steer, lead and inspire their talented team initially on a 12 month contract basis. There is flexibility around whether this is full or part-time, depending on the shape of the role itself and your preference.

With growth across sectors, territories and approaches, they are investing across the business and together with other members of the management team you will implement the organisation's research strategy, continue the development of strategic research initiatives, coordinate new business and lead on qual research projects.

Heading up a small integrated team based in their Central London offices, you will be confident overseeing quant and qual research design and delivery for clients across the consumer spectrum. Having said this, they are keen for you to bring your expertise in qual methodologies and moderation techniques into the fold. Comfortable with people and financial management as well as supporting and delivering business development relevant to research, you will have excellent presenting and writing skills and your strong networks within the industry will be highly valued.
