Job Details

Are you a qualitative research looking for something genuinely different? Do you have a real interest in understanding what makes people act the way they do? Look no further! We are looking for a Research Manager with an interest in human and consumer behaviour to join the country's leading Behavioural Economics Consultancy.

With new innovative thinking, grounded in psychology and anthropology, this agency has quickly become trusted advisors to clients and helped implement new research frameworks for some of the world's largest companies. Their methods are proving to be a huge success with clients really buying into the evidence lead approach from a qualitative angle.

Multi-award winning, they have won prizes as an agency and individually for the papers they have written and their thinking around the subject. They get incredibly interesting briefs from a range of different departments, not simply insight, because of the complex and interesting nature of their research and, because of that, some of the most strategic projects. They deal with some very senior people who really buy into Behavioural Economics. This means that not only are you pitching ideas and discussing with CEO's and CMO's for some of the world's most recognisable businesses but also your work genuinely/really has an impact!

This can be for commercial businesses, charities or a couple of pharmaceutical companies to work out how to change people behaviour in terms of regular medication etc.

They are a truly international business, sharing resource globally, offering training weeks in different offices, with offices in London, Australia, China and New York.

The real draw of the role is what you can learn in terms of new techniques and uncovering insights and add to your existing skill-set and diversify your experience, making future opportunities broader too.

As a consultant, you will implement your experience with qualitative research to investigate the decision making process behind behaviours, identifying opportunities for brands to connect with their consumers. This will involve working alongside multiple clients to develop their strategy, brand positioning and will also involve managing a team.

A great opportunity to have a consulting role, you'll work on regional and international projects for major blue-chip clients, providing impactful insights and helping change behaviours of customers.
