Senior Research Exec/Research Manager - Travel and Leisure | Independent Agency

Their specialist Travel, Tourism and Leisure division already enjoys long standing relationships with clients across these industries and seeks another team member to manage major client accounts and projects whilst supporting seniors with pitches and proposals. Project work will include a mix of ad hoc assignments with ongoing work, predominantly quantitative, but with the potential for involvement in qualitative projects too. Studies include but are not limited to customer experience, operational performance, branding, marketing effectiveness, segmentation etc.

With an agency or clientside background, you will be interested in proactively managing some of their key accounts and will enjoy unparalleled support from one of the most experienced field and ops teams in the business. An excellent project manager, comfortable with quantitative data, as well as alternative data collection, analysis and visualisation technologies, you will be looking to bring out the business implications of datasets. An interest in travel, culture, tourism or leisure sectors would be an advantage.
