Focusing on a major banking client with an emphasis on customer loyalty and satisfaction, therefore requiring a strong and credible background in this area, you will manage clients relationships and deliver strategic insights right across the business. Additional client development will be a key feature, but not cold sales. The agency is engaged by its clients for in-depth insight into their markets and the style of the business is far more consultative than one typically sees, therefore requiring a similarly 'consultative' approach to developing relationships.
