Job Details
The Project Director will ensure the smooth running of a number of complex, multi-country employee engagement studies. Working closely both with the client and the consulting team, you will be involved at all stages of the process from setting up and agreeing on project plans to assuring the overall direction, integrity and profitability of the programme.
The ideal candidate will already be an effective and confident PM, with experience in and a passion for employee research and you'll also have strong client servicing skills as well as some experience in survey set-up. The agency uses a tech platform which enables them to run really innovative and effective research. This is a great opportunity to work with a high-calibre team for an organisation that's a global leader in its field, in terms of experience, expertise and use of technology.
