This is a pivotal role for one of their platinum telecommunications accounts. As the Research Manager you will oversee the delivery of one of the businesses flagship studies. Focusing on B2C CX, customer journeys, branding and product this program of research has high visibility within the client business and the role require someone that is happy managing a large and highly strategic project. Whilst there is focus on quantitative insights the program also has a qual arm and the results are integrated. You will also be required to manage spin of customised work as needs arise.
So, what will you have?
- An excellent foundation in market research gained either within a research agency or client insights team (min 1+ year)
- A demonstrated interest in services research and innovation and design thinking
- Excellent project management skill
- A head for numbers and hands on experience using Q or SPSS
- An ability to create engaging and informative client reports.
