Job Details

They do things differently. This start-up agency have an established partnership with disruptive clients that have strong heritages such as the likes of Dr. Marten. They have the preference of working on naturally edgy projects, diving into a collaboration with Speedo through to World Animal Protection. The type of work they do is focused towards high visualisation, using System 1 thinking as their core foundation looking into emotional, fast, automatic and impulsive ways that consumer react to UX. Say goodbye to repetitive and long surveys! We're talking about quick paced, highly UX centric and deliberated design.

They're in a WeWork office and collaborate closely within their own team as well as alongside their qualitative sister company. They're big on brainstorming together, going for lunches, getting involved with conferences and travelling to meet clients - you will not be stuck behind your desk much (and when you are it's not a bad place to be!) They have a flat structure but some mentoring from your end will be needed. They're looking for a quant researcher who knows their stuff and has the capability of setting up and running projects from comms evaluation through NPD to brand tracking.

If you're creative and passionate and are looking for something more than just a day job, this could be the right one for you. It's a chance to become genuinely collaborative, get involved with new clients and really get stuck into the beginning of the growth of an upcoming company! For next steps, press apply.

Company

Insight, Analytics and Market Research talent sourcing has been at the heart of our business for 30 years. With 6 dedicated consultants we have immersed ourselves in the sector. We regularly attend courses and conferences and have written a number of reports and articles about insight and data. As a result we have friends plus a large network of contacts, in the sector. Outside recruitment some of our consultants work as mentors for the insight industry, we’ve been involved in charitable events, and work with a number of industry bodies.

The dynamic nature of the Data and Insight industry (30 years ago, no one had heard of Business Intelligence, UX or Big Data) means total absorption in the sector is essential. Our passion is to be informed and current, so we can partner you every step of the way. Members of APSCO the professional recruitment body (recruitment consultancies need to provide 10 professional references to join), we keep up with the latest technology and legal developments in the industry.
