Qualitative Associate Director - High Profile Retail, Leisure and Lifestyle Accounts

This award-winning agency pride themselves on their strong lasting relationships with their clients as well as their fun, friendly and dynamic working environment, and they are now on the lookout for a top qualitative researcher to come on board and work closely with established retail clients.

 Projects will be hugely varied (you could be working on toys one minute and health products the next!) and will involve a mix of both traditional and digital methodologies. As well as running projects you will play a key role in growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. You will be an expert at solving complex problems, always asking ‘what does this really mean for my client?’, alongside a natural ability to guide/steer project teams.

This role calls for a strong Senior Associate Director level researcher with outstanding communication skills and excellent attention to detail.  You must have experience in innovation, client workshops, packaging and customer closeness, and FMCG/retail experience will also be essential.
