One of the UK's leading boutique research agencies, who have been in business 30 years that are now looking for a Qualitative researcher to join and become part of their continued success and growth. Based in their offices in Acton they are looking for someone to work across several challenging market sectors - utilities, transport, environment, post, government, travel and tourism, healthcare and financial services.

About the role:

* Working closely with online and offline brands to identify and develop Insight through focus groups and in-depth interviewing.

* Actively develop and improve online Qualitative solutions to improve brand effectiveness/awareness.

* Provide exemplary account management for a market leading brand and oversee any ad hoc requests

About you:

* Your prior experience of managing full cycle international qualitative research projects, will enable you to hit the ground running

* Your ability to create discussion guides and online research guides, experience in presenting and pitching, will allow you to meet the clients' needs

* Your demonstrable successful track record of projects in a timely fashion to meet client's requirements.
