Account Manager - Customer Experience
Working with some of the best-known retail & and hospitality brands worldwide; this business measures, analyses and provides actionable insight into customer and employee satisfaction to have a positive impact on the bottom line. This company is now looking to add an account manager to the teams, to proactively build relationships with the clients whilst helping them to drive insights through the business. You will effectively become an extension of the clients' customer-services team, managing projects to a very high standard and immersing yourself in the business.
To be successful you will be smart, friendly and enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate a winning track record in client and project management.
