A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the County Sports Partnership (CSP) Network (charity) national team on a 12 month contract (3 days per week) as Performance Insight Officer. The Performance Insight Officer will co-ordinate intelligence and insight regarding CSP performance and support the CSP Network National Team to drive improvement across the network of CSPs.
Job Purpose
To lead on the co-ordination of intelligence regarding CSP performance and support the CSP Network National Team to drive improvement across the network of CSPs
Main duties and responsibilities

To monitor the performance of the CSP Network, the National Team and the Board through our Balanced Scorecard of performance indicators, making evidence-led recommendations for improvement action

To administer annual surveys on behalf of CSPs, including the measurement of partner satisfaction, staff satisfaction, financial performance, member satisfaction and other surveys as required

To analyse the results of the surveys, identify insights from within the data, report the results in effective formats and make clear recommendations for improvement action at a national level

To support an annual mapping exercise regarding the utilisation and impact of the Primary PE and Sport Premium, analyse the findings, report the results in effective formats and make clear recommendations for improvement action at a national level

To co-ordinate consultations and evaluations with CSPs, analyse the results, report the results in effective formats and make clear recommendations for improvement action at a national level

To review, refresh and co-ordinate the CSP Performance Benchmarking Tool and support CSPs to utilise it

To support CSPs to utilise the Training Needs Analysis Tool and make clear recommendations for CSPs and national level improvement action

To support the development of new performance improvement tools and services as required

To keep the CSP Network member ‘Hub’ website up to date regarding CSP performance,
including reports, tools, training and guidance

To develop case studies of practice within CSPs

To support the CSP Network National Team with other CSP performance related tasks
