About the role:

* Working closely with a large online brand to identify and develop Insight through digital platforms including Online communities across several countries.

* Actively develop and improve online Qualitative solutions to improve brand effectiveness/awareness.

* Provide exemplary account management for a market leading brand and oversee any ad hoc requests

About you:

* Prior experience of managing full cycle international qualitative research projects including online communities.

* Ability to create discussion guides and online research guides for use on Community projects.

* Able to demonstrate successful delivery of projects in a timely fashion to meet client's requirements.
