Insight Manager | Customer Experience | Global Agency | £40k
We are currently recruiting for a great new role as an insight manager with a global customer experience agency based in St Albans. This role will be a hybrid of both insight and account management where you will have the opportunity liaise with clients and provide advice around their service and also be hands on in providing the insight needed to inform your clients of how their brand is performing.
As a company who has worked with some well-known companies such as Boots, Nando's, Domino's and Morrisons across the retail and restaurant sectors you will manage between 5-10 clients in this area as your clients point of contact. The projects that you will manage and work on will be based around your clients customer experience, pulling actionable insight from data collected through different channels in order to help the client understand what they could do with the data and insights and how they could answer certain questions that they have about their service.
Your Skills & Experience
* Ideally you will have market research experience and have carried out research using either quantitative or qualitative methodologies.
* You will have experience dealing with clients/ senior stakeholders in a consultative role.
* Experience in the retail or restaurant sector would be highly desirable.
* Ideally you will have had some exposure to account management.
